• All fees are one-time payments - there are no recurring charges or subscriptions
• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase
• Fees are non-refundable once deliverables are provided, except as stated in our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to change package pricing, but existing purchases are honored at the original price
• You're responsible for all applicable taxes
• If you need additional work beyond your package, you may purchase another package or upgrade

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by abox.nz and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Service Guarantees and Limitations

While we strive to provide excellent results and deliver all services outlined in your chosen plan, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes:

• We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or positions
• Traffic increases and conversion improvements vary based on industry, competition, and market conditions
• SEO is an ongoing process; results typically take 3-6 months to materialize
• We guarantee delivery of the specific services listed in your plan (reports, optimization tasks, consultations)
• Search engine algorithm changes may impact results beyond our control

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, abox.nz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Termination

We may refuse service or terminate an order if you breach these Terms. Reasons for termination include:

• Providing false or fraudulent information
• Requesting illegal or unethical SEO practices (black hat techniques)
• Harassment or abuse of our team members
• Payment disputes or chargebacks without prior contact

Upon termination, we will provide any completed work up to that point. You may request cancellation at any time as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law
